Safety Accessories:

For safety and durability during high-torque operation, it is highly recommended to install torque arms on both sides of the bike. These prevent axle spinning inside the dropouts, which could damage the motor wiring. Torque arms are sold separately.

Speed Limiting Instructions:

To comply with Australian regulations requiring a maximum of 250W continuous power and 25 km/h on public roads, you can limit the speed via the M808X Display:

1. Turn on the M808X display by pressing the power button.
2. Access the settings menu by holding the “UP” and “DOWN” arrows simultaneously for 2 seconds.
3. Navigate to the speed limit setting and set it to 25 km/h.
4. Save the settings and exit the menu.

This ensures legal compliance when using the kit in public areas.
