Important Notes:
- Ensure that voltages are paired correctly. For example, a 48V motor must be paired with a 48V battery. Controllers burnt out due to reprogramming or incompatible pairing are not covered by the warranty.
- Often riders may want a high-capacity battery, but their bike frame may not have enough space in the inner diamond to fit one. This is particularly true for dual suspension bikes. If under-mounting or rear mounting the battery is not an option, consider purchasing two smaller capacity batteries and swapping them out during long rides.
