• When purchasing a battery, ensure the voltage matches your motor’s requirements (e.g., a 48V motor must pair with a 48V eBike battery).

• Burnt-out controllers due to reprogramming or incompatible pairing are not covered by warranty.

Frame Space Considerations:

• High-capacity batteries may not fit in some bike frames, particularly dual suspension bikes.

• If under-mounting or rear-mounting isn’t possible, consider using two smaller capacity batteries, one of which can be kept in a backpack for long rides.

• Using aftermarket or uncertified chargers may cause performance issues, reduce battery life, or create safety risks.

• Use of uncertified chargers voids the warranty; any resulting damage is the user’s responsibility.
