Safety:

• For safety and durability during high-torque use, we recommend fitting torque arms on both sides of the bike. These help prevent axle spin in the dropouts, which can damage motor wiring.
• Disc brake users: the plastic transport spacer under the rotor mount must be removed before installing the disc rotor. If the spacer is not removed, tightening the rotor can crack the mounting boss, loosen rotor bolts, cut the motor cable, and seriously reduce braking safety.
• Ensure the rotor seats flat against the hub and tighten the six rotor bolts in a star pattern to 6 Nm (acceptable range 5–6 Nm) with a drop of medium thread locker. Recheck bolt tightness after the first ride.
